Synergy Music is once again at Salle Pleyel, for an evening under the sign of Progressive Rock, with a bill that promises to be extraordinary.
If we tell you Genesis, does that mean anything to you? We no longer present this woldwide well-known band. On vocals it was Phil Collins. Well tonight it’s Steve Hackett, guitarist of the group, who does us the honor to play on the stage of the Salle Pleyel, accompanied by singer Nad Sylvan.
Outside there is a nice queue. Steve Hackett fans have responded. The room fills up quickly, ushers are present to guide the public.
8 p.m .: The lights go out. Steve and his musicians take their places on stage to the applause of the audience from an almost full hall. The concert begins with for the first part, tracks from the album: « Spectral Mornings »: Clocks – The Angel Of Mons, Every Day. Followed by titles from the album: « Surrender of Silence »: Held in the Shadows, The Devil’s Cathedral, Shadow of the Hierophant.
The titles follow one another: « Squonk », « The Carpet Crawlers », « Robbery », « Assault & Battery » … The technical quality of Steve Hackett and his band is well established. The audience is spellbound. Nad Sylvan is perfect on vocals.
Steve Hackett is also accompanied by Jonas Reingold (twelve string bass), Rob Townsend (saxophone and flute), Roger King (keyboards) and Craig Blundell (drums and percussion).
After a well-deserved intermission, the concert resumes. Between two titles, Steve takes time to address the public to thank them.
One last song, and the show ends. Standing ovation for Steve Hackett, Nad Sylvan and the musicians who accompanied them. Steve thanks the audience for being there.
The stage empties and the audience leaves the room to go home.
A legend of the guitar who amazed the public, a great moment of sharing and emotion. A very nice evening at Salle Pleyel.

Synergy Music est de nouveau à la Salle Pleyel, pour une soirée sous le signe du Rock Progressif, avec une affiche qui s’annonce extra.
Si on vous dit Genesis, ça vous parle ? On ne présente plus le groupe bien connu dans le monde entier. Au chant c’était Phil Collins. Et bien ce soir c’est Steve Hackett, guitariste du groupe, qui nous fait l’honneur de jouer sur la scène de la Salle Pleyel, accompagné du chanteur Nad Sylvan.
Dehors il y a une belle file d’attente. Les fans de Steve Hackett ont répondu présent. La salle se remplit rapidement, des placiers sont présents pour guider le public.
20h : Les lumières s’éteignent. Steve et ses musiciens prennent place sur scène sous les applaudissements du public d’une salle quasiment pleine. Le concert démarre avec en première partie des titres de l’album : « Spectral Mornings » : Clocks – The Angel Of Mons, Every Day. Suivi de titres de l’abum : « Surrender of Silence » : Held in the Shadows, The Devil’s Cathedral, Shadow of the Hierophant.
Les titres s’enchaînent : « Squonk », « The Carpet Crawlers », « Robbery », « Assault & Battery »… La qualité technique de Steve Hackett et de son groupe n’est plus à prouver. Le public est comme envoûté à chaque titre. Nad Sylvan est parfait au chant.
Steve Hackett est également accompagné de Jonas Reingold (basse douze cordes), Rob Townsend (saxophone et flûte), Roger King (claviers) et Craig Blundell (batterie et percussions).
Après un entracte bien mérité, le concert reprend. Entre deux titres, Steve prend le temps de s’adresser au public pour le remercier.
Un dernier morceau, et le show se termine. Standing ovation pour Steve Hackett, Nad Sylvan et les musiciens qui les ont accompagnés. Steve remercie le public à son tour.
La scène se vide et le public quitte la salle pour rentrer chez lui.
Une légende de la guitare qui a émerveillé le public, un grand moment de partage et d’émotion. Une très belle soirée à la Salle Pleyel.
